Interestingly, a team of researches studying the foraging behavior in agricultural landscapes in 2020 found that honey bees prefer strawberry fields.  We agree, our bees do too!
 
Our bees in one of our Salinas Valley apiaries throughout the spring, summer and fall visit nearby strawberry flowers to collect pollen and nectar to produce a honey with a sweet, complex, and multi-layered taste.  We bring to you the fondness our bees have for the strawberries of the Monterey area.  This full-flavored and wonderfully tasting honey is only lightly strained and never-heated before it is bottled, which means it retains most of the beneficial nutrients and antioxidants that it naturally contains.  Note that our Strawberry Fields Honey is limited in supply.
